Your enrolment is confirmed once your first payment is processed. Here's what to expect:

• Your first payment of $1,325 AUD is charged today upon completion of this form
• Two further monthly payments of $1,325 AUD will be automatically deducted on the same date each month
• If you are registering on behalf of another attendee, please enter their details in the fields provided
• Following your first payment, you will receive a short follow-up form to complete
