5 Person Clinic Package - Professional Wellbeing 2026

Please enter the billers name, physical address, and email address to complete the payment for this workshop.

Once the payment has been made, there will be additional questions that need to be answered.

Veterinary professionals spend their working lives in a state of outpouring, giving mentally, emotionally and physically to care for our patients, clients, colleagues, families and the people around us.

But how often do we intentionally focus on our own inpouring, the practices that replenish our energy, support our wellbeing and allow us to continue doing the work we care deeply about?

Professional wellbeing isn't about perfection or finding extra hours in an already busy day. It’s about developing practical approaches to self-care and self-compassion that nourish and sustain us through the realities of veterinary life.

Drawing on the Eight Dimensions of Wellness framework, evidence-informed habit-formation strategies, and the research of Dr Kristin Neff on self-compassion, this course helps you turn theory into practical changes that support your wellbeing, fulfilment, and long-term career sustainability.

Across three live online sessions, you'll explore ways to balance your deep dedication to others with practices that support your own wellbeing. Together, we'll examine self-care, self-compassion and their practical application in the face of life’s busyness and demands.

Through guided reflection, practical activities, and simple exercises between sessions, you'll have opportunities to put ideas into practice in ways that work for your life.

You'll have the opportunity to learn:

  • The many dimensions of self-care and why it looks different for everyone
  • How to identify personal barriers and create meaningful, achievable wellbeing goals
  • The science behind habit formation and building lasting changes
  • The three core components of self-compassion
  • Why self-compassion is a powerful resource during challenging moments
  • How to move beyond self-criticism and become your own inner ally
  • Practical strategies to support a more energised, fulfilled and sustainable veterinary career

By the end of the course, you'll have reflected on your own progress, identified practical next steps, and developed realistic strategies to care for yourself as intentionally as you care for your patients—supporting your wellbeing long after the course has finished.

“Rest and self-care are so important. When you take time to replenish your spirit, it allows you to serve others from the overflow. You cannot serve from an empty vessel.” – Eleanor Brownn
