Terms and Conditions

This legally binding agreement is between you and McBent Pty Ltd, trading as VetPrac (ABN 68 637 090 192), and outlines the terms and conditions under which VetPrac will provide the On Demand Course.

1. Formation

By registering for an On Demand Course, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (Agreement).

2. On-Demand Course

(a) VetPrac will offer On Demand Courses on its website but reserves the right to:

(i) Cancel, modify, or limit any aspect of the On Demand Course at any time.

(ii) Refuse your access to the On Demand Course for any reason.

(b) Access to On Demand Courses may be time limited, as specified on the Website or in course materials.

3. Fees

(a) All Fees must be paid in full at the time of registration unless an agreed payment plan applies.

(b) Failure to complete payment or payment plan obligations may result in removal of access to the On Demand Course.

(d) Transferring or changing registrations from one On Demand Course to another will incur a $50 administration fee and is only permitted if no course content has been accessed.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

(a) Fees are refundable for cancellations made in writing to VetPrac within 5 days of registration if no content has been accessed.

(b) If the On Demand Course has been accessed, no refunds will be provided.

(c) Bank transaction fees associated with third-party payment services are non-refundable for cancellations made by the registrant. This fee applies only to credit card payments, not direct deposits or cheque payments.

(d) If VetPrac cancels the On Demand Course for any reason, you will receive a full refund of the Fees. VetPrac will not be responsible for any other expenses incurred by you.

5. Intellectual Property

(a) All intellectual property rights in the Course Materials belong to VetPrac or a third party, and these rights will not be transferred to you.

(b) Course Materials provided as part of the On Demand Course are for your personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without VetPrac’s prior written consent.

6. Liability

VetPrac’s total liability in connection with this Agreement, whether based on warranty, contract, statute, or tort (including negligence), will not exceed the Fees paid by you to VetPrac under this Agreement.

7. Privacy

(a) VetPrac will only share your personal details with relevant training partners, speakers, or tutors involved in the On Demand Course for the purpose of course delivery and support.

(b) Information collected during the registration process, including your name, email address, and contact number, will be used to process your registration. For any inquiries, please contact VetPrac.

(c) You consent to VetPrac sending you emails about future courses. To opt-out, please click unsubscribe at the bottom of the email.

8. General

(a) This Agreement contains the entire understanding between the parties concerning its subject matter and supersedes all prior communications.

(b) This Agreement cannot be amended or varied except in writing and signed by both parties.

(c) If any term of this Agreement is held to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, it will be severed from the Agreement, and the remaining terms remain unaffected.

9. Definitions

Fee: The fee for the On-Demand Course, as specified on the Website.
GST: Goods and Services Tax as defined by relevant Australian legislation.

Registration: The process of registering for an On-Demand Course, completed via the Website or email.

On-Demand Course: Veterinary-related, pre-recorded online courses organized by VetPrac or its representatives.

Course Materials: Materials provided during the On-Demand Course, including video recordings, handouts, and notes.
