How it works:

Travel and accommodation costs will be reimbursed after your workshop attendance, upon submission of receipts.

You can choose any nurse/tech stream from the workshops listed above, as long as it’s running before March 31st, 2027.

If you can’t attend, the ticket can be transferred to another active clinic nurse or technician.

Note: This competition is for the nurse/tech stream only - sorry folks, no vet stream tickets this time!

Terms & Conditions

Eligibility: Competition open to active veterinary nurses and technicians working in Australia.

Prize: One (1) nurse/tech stream workshop ticket to a VetPrac dual-stream workshop and up to $500 reimbursement for travel and accommodation.

Workshop Selection: Winner may select one nurse/tech stream workshop from:

Ticket Validity: Ticket must be redeemed by March 31st, 2027.

Reimbursement:

Travel and accommodation expenses must be directly related to attendance at the selected VetPrac workshop.

Reimbursement will be processed after the workshop is attended, upon submission of valid receipts.

Reimbursement is capped at $500 AUD

Expenses not reasonably connected to workshop attendance will not be reimbursed.

Transfer: Ticket may be transferred to another active clinic nurse or technician if the original winner is unable to attend.

Entry: Entries must be received by the closing date set in the competition announcement.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Unless otherwise stipulated by VetPrac official.

Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via email or phone. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.

Exclusion: This prize is not valid for the vet stream of any workshops.

General Conditions: VetPrac reserves the right to amend, cancel, or modify the competition and these terms and conditions at its discretion.

Publicity: By entering, winners consent to the use of their name and image for promotional purposes.
